Merchandise Return & Refund Policy


Returns

We accept returns on in-stock merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Training courses and digital content are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@redcell.kr within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Training Course Cancellation & Refund Policy


No Refunds

Refunds are not available for training courses unless Redcell electively cancels the course.


No-Shows

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.


Rescheduled Classes (Inclement Weather)

If a class is rescheduled due to inclement weather, a credit can be applied to the rescheduled class or any other Redcell course of equal or greater value.


Cancellations (More than 48 Hours Before Class Start Time)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class start time can be rescheduled, with credit applied to another class of the same or greater value.


Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours Before Class Start Time)

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for refunds or credits.


Shipping Policy


In-Stock Orders

In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Transit time refers to how long it takes for your order to arrive once it leaves our facility, not from the date you place the order.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items, such as shirts, hats, and other merchandise, are estimated to ship approximately 4 weeks after the pre-order sale ends. Please note, pre-orders may experience unforeseen delays due to production or supply chain issues. We will notify you of any significant changes to the shipping timeline. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, they will ship separately at no extra charge.
