Processing Times
• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.
• Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items are typically shipped 4 weeks after the pre-order sale ends. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Domestic orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped separately at no extra cost to you.
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
• USPS First Class (Economy): Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
• USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
• USPS Express: Estimated delivery time of 1 business day.
• UPS Ground: Estimated delivery time of 1-5 business days.
• UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed next business day delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays experienced by the carrier.
International Shipping
Redcell ships to most countries. However, we are unable to ship to countries restricted by U.S. sanctions or trade regulations.
Processing Time: International orders may take up to 7 additional business days to process. Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
We offer the following international shipping options:
• USPS First Class International: Estimated delivery time of 7-21 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail International: Estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days.
• USPS Express Mail International: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
• UPS Worldwide Expedited: Estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping is not included in the price of the products.
International Taxes & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Redcell is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or the payment of any additional fees upon arrival in your country. If a package is abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure all orders arrive on time, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package has been delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or if it is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@redcell.kr, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@redcell.kr. We will do our best to accommodate the request before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes will be made in time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Redcell is not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of placing your order.
